The expansion and renovation of the Olsen Center for the Performing Arts, is a two-phase project to upgrade the home of the UMKC Conservatory, an inderdisciplinary school of music, theater, and dance. Phase 1 of the project will add 30,000 sf of music and dance rehearsal space along with a black box theater.
