The West End Apartments:

Salt Lake City, UT

The West End Apartments are the second phase of an adaptive-reuse development in the Poplar Grove neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Consisting of a 10-story residential tower, 4-story parking garage and 2 townhomes, the project adds 276 units and 176 parking stalls to the site. Simple geometries, repetitive window modules, and unadorned facades, reflect the industrial character of it’s surroundings.
